A 12-Week Science Backed Program to Feel Clear, Confident, and Fully Yourself Again

Perimenopause to Menopause, This Is the Guide You Should’ve Been Given.

Founding cohort · Limited to 20 women

Understand what’s happening in your body and learn how to move through it with clarity, calm, and confidence. Have the tools to lift the fog, calm the hot flashes, and sleep deeply again, so you can meet this transition grounded, clear, and fully in your power.

That’s what Thrive During the Transition is designed to provide: a clear guide through perimenopause and menopause so you can stop guessing and start thriving. 12 weeks. 9 steps. One transformation, focusing on restoring your energy, your clarity, your confidence.

The Truth: You’re Not Broken, You’re Recalibrating

►  You’ve powered through deadlines, family chaos, and every kind of reinvention. But lately, you can’t remember names of people you encounter.

►  You wake at 3 a.m., wired and are exhausted by sunrise.

►  Your moods shift without warning.

►  The body you’ve known feels foreign.

►  And advice? Contradictory, outdated, or dismissive.

►  You’re not losing it. You’re in transition.

► And it’s not just hormonal, it’s transformational.

The Real Problem: No One Ever Taught You This

It’s not you. It’s the silence. For generations, menopause has been treated like a private inconvenience, something to endure quietly, not understand. Doctors receive only a few hours of menopause education in medical school. Most women get even less. So when symptoms hit, sleep disruption, anxiety, brain fog, weight changes, you’re left to Google at 2 a.m. and wonder if you’re losing your mind.

You’re not. Your body is changing in predictable, manageable ways, once you have the knowledge to read its cues.

That’s what Thrive During the Transition restores: the education, tools, and guidance that should have been yours all along.

The Solution: A Framework for Thriving, Not Surviving

Thrive During the Transition combines evidence-based education, holistic tools, and structured support so you can:

  • Rebuild focus, energy, and confidence.
  • Sleep deeply and wake restored.
  • Understand what your hormones are saying, and how to respond.
  • Advocate for the care you deserve.
  • Reconnect with your rhythm, your joy, your power.

“I thought I was going crazy. Laurel helped me realize my body was just asking for attention. The HRT information alone changed everything.”

Rená K., California

Inside the Journey

9 Steps to Your New Normal

Each step honors your body as a living teacher.
You move from confusion to clarity, supported by science, reflection, and community.

Includes two live Q&A calls per month (midday + evening), educational JiHi access for tracking sleep, nutrition, and mood,
and 6 months of access to all recordings.

I learned more from Laurel in one hour than I did from six doctors.. One told me, “Don’t take HRT, it causes cancer.” Another said, “Don’t bother getting labs, there’s nothing you can do about it.” Laurel helped me get clear on what was happening and what to do first. I’m sleeping through the night, my afternoon crashes have eased, and the emotional whiplash settled. We get warned about hot flashes, but not the mental impact. Laurel’s program helps you stop outsourcing your health.”

Meg S., Colorado

“The structure helped me focus when life felt chaotic. Laurel gave me a way to see patterns instead of panic.”

Leah S., Michigan

Your Invitation

“The hardest part for most women isn’t knowing that they need help, it’s knowing where to find it. I built Thrive During the Transition to make that simple: clear education, real tools, and a community that understands what you’re navigating.”

— Laurel Wilson, Founder

► You can keep guessing. You can keep waking up at 3 a.m., scrolling through articles and podcasts, screenshotting “maybe this is it” posts, then dragging yourself through the next day without a real plan.

► Or you can spend the next 12 weeks walking a clear, science‑informed path with a small circle of women, and a guide who has lived this, studied it, and built the tools to help you move through it.

► If you’re tired of feeling like a stranger in your own body, tired of being dismissed or told “it’s just stress,” and you can feel that this transition is asking you to rise, not shrink, this founding cohort is for you.

► Twenty women. One 12‑week container. The only time Thrive will ever be under $700, and the only round that includes 1:1 time with Laurel.

► If your body is already whispering “yes,” trust that.

FAQ

No. Thrive During the Transition is an educational and coaching experience, not medical care. You’ll learn how perimenopause and menopause affect your body, how to read patterns, and how to have more effective conversations with your own providers. All diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions remain between you and licensed medical professionals.

Plan for about 60–90 minutes per week for lessons and, when you can, the Q&A calls or replays. You can move at your own pace, but you’ll get the most from the program if you block a little protected time each week.

You’ll still be supported. You can ask questions in the community chat or email Laurel directly. The group sessions that include a guest interview will be recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.

That’s a great time to join. Many women are in early perimenopause for years before anyone names it. Understanding your patterns early helps you prevent confusion and manage symptoms before they intensify.

We’ve got you covered. We’ll focus on long‑term heart, bone, and brain health, stabilizing energy, sleep, and mood, and tending to pelvic health, sexual wellness, and comfort. It’s never “too late” to understand your body. Making positive changes for your health during menopause will help improve your health in your postmenopausal years.

Thrive During the Transition supports you. This program is about understanding what is happening to your body over time so you can employ both MHT AND lifestyle support to feel your best.

You’re in the right place. Normal labs don’t always mean you feel well. We’ll explore how to connect symptoms with lifestyle, nervous system support, hormones, and other variables, and how to ask better questions of your providers.

You’ll use Jihi Cycles to track sleep, mood, nutrition, cycles, and symptoms in one private portal. If you choose, you can add at‑home lab panels through Jihi Labs and, where available, connect through Jihi Rx with licensed providers* for therapies such as hormone therapy (HRT), GLP‑1s, and other supports. Laurel will show you how to use Jihi as your “menopause dashboard” alongside your own care team. (*Available in the United States, not internationally.)

For the founding cohort only, the first 5 women who enroll at $497 receive a private 1‑hour menopause consult with Laurel. All other support is via the group Q&A calls and community. Future cohorts at $897 will not include 1:1 time.

You’ll have access to the portal, recordings, and handouts for 6 months after the program ends, and you can download key resources for your personal use.

Yes, up until we begin. You can request a full refund any time before February 23. Once the program starts on February 23, all enrollments are final and non‑refundable.
